I couldn't help myself today but use a photo that isn't mine. Andre De Grasse's won the bronze medal in the 100m dash in the 2016 summer olympics last night. He's a 21 year old Canadian, and according to Usain Bolt, he has the potential to become the next biggest runner in the world. De Grasse's first race was in grade 11 in basketball shorts from a standing start because he didn't know how to use the blocks. Coach and scouter Tony Sharpe was there and saw his potential. He ran a personal best in the finals of the 100m dash in the olympics running a 9.91.
The olympics continue until Sunday, August 21. So if you haven't had the chance to watch any events, there is still time to catch some of the action!
